- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the USA market for creative and digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in advertising, branding, and marketing sectors.
- Present and pitch Brim’s creative solutions, digital marketing strategies, and branding services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Attend industry events, network, and stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the creative and marketing space.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Brim LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to manage daily business operations, communicate with USA clients, and coordinate with our Indian team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, fluent in both Hindi and English, and capable of handling administrative tasks, client communication, and CEO support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in both English & Hindi (spoken).
- Previous experience in back-office support, administration, or client communication.
- Ability to handle CRM systems and manage client information effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for working with USA clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with managing schedules, meetings, and taking notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with USA clients via email and phone, ensuring clear understanding of their requirements and delivering exceptional service.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including call handling, email correspondence, and coordination between the USA clients and the Indian team.
- Translate USA client needs and relay them to the Indian team accurately and efficiently.
- Understand and operate CRM systems for tracking client interactions, updating records, and maintaining data integrity.
- Schedule and manage the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and other calendar-related activities.
- Take meeting notes, follow up on action items, and ensure seamless coordination of business activities.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
