Brim was responsible for developing the name, project communication strategy, and phase-wise marketing plans for The CBD. We launched campaigns through print and digital media, organized sample house campaigns, and managed broker meets. Our team also produced a short film highlighting the project’s location and created marketing collaterals such as brochures and flyers. Additionally, we handled on-air marketing to position The CBD as a premier investment destination for national brands.
